Vietnam Machine Investment Development Joint Stock Company (VIMID – Stock Code: VVS) was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the President of the Lang Son Provincial People’s Committee in recognition of its outstanding contributions to the state budget through import–export activities in 2024. On the afternoon of January 6, 2025, at the Huu Nghi International Border Gate, the Lang Son Customs Department held the annual Customs–Enterprise Dialogue Conference 2025. The event brought together leaders of the Lang Son Customs Department, subordinate units, and exemplary enterprises that made notable contributions to the state budget through import–export operations in 2024.

According to the Lang Son Customs Department, in 2024, total tax revenue from import–export activities across the province reached over VND 7,100 billion, marking an impressive increase of 148.4% compared to 2023. Among these, enterprises engaged in vehicle import operations through Lang Son border gates contributed significantly, accounting for around 40% of total customs revenue.
During the conference, representatives from vehicle import enterprises shared their opinions and feedback regarding challenges encountered during customs clearance procedures. They also proposed practical recommendations and solutions to facilitate smoother, faster, and more transparent import–export processes.
Within the conference agenda, on behalf of the President of the Lang Son Provincial People’s Committee, leaders of the Lang Son Customs Department presented Certificates of Merit to 10 enterprises for their outstanding contributions to the state budget through import–export activities in 2024.
