VIMID Brings Warmth and Joy to Children and Underprivileged Families in Son Tay Town This Lunar New Year

On January 26, 2024, VIMID took part in “Spring volunteer program – A Warm and Loving Tet 2024”, organized by the Hanoi Youth Union and the Hanoi Young Business Association in Son Tay Town.

This is an annual activity organized by the Hanoi Youth Union and the Hanoi Youth Federation, in collaboration with various organizations and enterprises during the Lunar New Year season. The program aims to express the care and sense of responsibility of the Capital’s youth toward children, teenagers, and families in difficult circumstances, helping them enjoy a warm and joyful Tet. At the same time, it serves to encourage and motivate students to strive harder, overcome challenges, and excel in their studies and lives. Through this program, the organizers hope to spread love, solidarity, and the spirit of compassion and mutual support throughout the community and society, sharing kindness with those still facing hardships.

During the event, VIMID and the organizing committee presented 60 Tet gift packages to children and families in difficult circumstances in Son Tay Town. Each package included VND 500,000 in cash along with Tet essentials, bringing festive warmth and hope to those in need.
