At the 15th Executive Committee Meeting of the 8th Term, held on April 11, 2025, the Hanoi Young Business Association (HANOIBA) officially finalized the structure of its Executive Committee and Standing Board. On April 19, 2025, in Hanoi, Vietnam Machine Investment Development Joint Stock Company (VIMID – stock code: VVS) successfully held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). The meeting was attended by 122 shareholders, representing more than 21,457,609 voting shares, equivalent to 99.69% of the total voting shares.
On April 22, at Hall P406, Nam Cuong Building (Ha Dong, Hanoi), the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Vietnam Machine Investment Development Joint Stock Company (VIMID) was successfully held. The meeting approved multiple key documents with nearly 100% of votes in favor, reflecting shareholders’ strong consensus and trust in the company’s development direction, as well as in the leadership of the Board of Directors and the executive team.
