Green Trucks – A Sustainable Development Trend in the Transport Industry

Notably, on February 14, 2023, the European Parliament officially passed a law banning the sale of petrol and diesel cars in the European Union from 2035, accelerating the transition to electric vehicles and climate action.

Among these, China has quickly become a global leader in green transport development. Recognizing the critical role of the transport sector in emission reduction, the Chinese government has implemented strong supportive policies, ranging from direct subsidies and tax incentives to restrictions on diesel vehicles in major cities. In cities such as Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Beijing, green trucks are gradually replacing most fossil-fuel ones in urban logistics and transport operations. This shift not only reduces air pollution but also helps steer the transport industry toward a sustainable, efficient, and intelligent development path.
