• Optimized Body Design:
  The U-Shape body is designed with optimal length and anti-bulging sidewalls, reinforced by center rib beams for extra strength. The body structure is independent from the chassis to prevent twisting, with stabilizing rods to ensure safety when lifting and lowering the dump body.
• Superior-Strength Steel Construction:
  The dump body is made from K450 high-strength wear-resistant steel, with 4mm side walls and a 5mm floor thickness. This material is four times stronger than Q345B steel, offering superior resistance to deformation and impact, along with exceptional durability.
• Powerful Hydraulic Tower:
  Equipped with a SUNHUNK 224-5 large-diameter hydraulic cylinder (up to 224mm – the largest in its class), providing excellent stability and lifting capacity. This proven system has been successfully applied in VIMID’s dump truck lineup.
• Sturdy Chassis Frame:
  Built with a thick I-beam frame featuring X-shaped reinforcements at the front and rear, ensuring torsional rigidity. The lowered center of gravity improves overall stability during operation and compatibility with tractors.

Hydraulic System

The dump semi-trailer uses the SUNHUNK HCTM 228-5 hydraulic system, developed based on international technology combined with over ten years of R&D experience:

• Cylinder diameter: Up to 202mm, 5-stage telescopic design with a 6,700mm stroke for effective and stable lifting.
• Cylinder material: Seamless high-strength steel tube with a special chrome-plated surface to resist corrosion and rust.

U-Shape Body

Leveraging years of design and manufacturing experience, VIMID and SUNHUNK have improved the U-shaped reinforced dump body:

• The ribbed U-shaped design increases rigidity, improves unloading efficiency, and reduces self-weight for fuel savings.
• The top and bottom beams are made from thick box steel for added stiffness, preventing bulging and deformation.
• The rear door locks use heavy-duty cast chains and a raised latch mechanism, ensuring quick discharge and smooth unloading of large materials.
• The subframe and cross beams closely hug the main chassis, combined with stabilizing rods for safe, steady lifting.

Axle System

Equipped with HJBRIDGE axles built with European technology, each axle offers high load capacity and excellent stability — ensuring optimal performance even under full load conditions.

Suspension System

Features a multi-leaf dependent suspension system (10/10/10 leaves) with 90mm-wide leaf springs, and the three bottom leaves measuring 16mm thick for superior durability and load-bearing strength.

Additional Features

• Waterproof LED lights with protective mesh – energy-efficient and long-lasting.
• Rear lighting and number plate illumination are integrated with a reinforcement panel for extra chassis stiffness.
• Aluminum alloy air tank and pneumatic braking system with brake chambers on all three axles ensure safety and reliability.
