The HOWO V7G Dump Truck is a construction-purpose vehicle jointly developed by VIMID and SINOTRUK, first introduced in 2017. Since then, it has earned wide recognition and established itself as a major name in the dump truck segment. It is known for powerful performance, outstanding durability, and superior load-carrying capacity.

Even with the introduction of newer generations such as HOWO MAN VX, NX, and TX, the V7G series still stands out for its proven quality, operational efficiency, and high spare parts availability.

The HOWO V7G 6×4 dump truck features a bold and robust exterior design. As one of the most popular models in its segment, its well-balanced configuration and proven reliability have been validated through more than five years of operation in demanding working conditions.

EXTERIOR DESIGN

The HOWO V7G represents a smooth combination of the classic HW76 cabin and the modern A7 cabin, blending traditional strength with contemporary style to create a powerful and impressive appearance.

The front grille features a bold and stylish design, highlighted by the distinctive CNHTC triangular logo at the center.

  • The front bumper is raised higher, providing better clearance when driving through narrow or uneven roads.
  • Equipped with durable halogen headlights for stable illumination.
  • Additional inner and outer door panels for enhanced protection.
  • Rearview mirrors are widened by 5 cm, reducing blind spots and ensuring better visibility and safer operation.
  • Added a fuel pre-filter with water separator, improving fuel purity and protecting injectors—particularly useful in Vietnam’s variable fuel quality conditions.
  • Upgraded to an electric cabin lifting system, replacing the previous manual lifting mechanism.

INTERIOR DESIGN

The spacious cabin comes in a luxurious grey tone, delivering a modern, comfortable driving environment with wide visibility.

The central control panel integrates all essential functions such as engine brake (EVB), cruise control, axle lock, differential lock, dump switch, and other practical controls.

  • Driver’s left-side panel: headlight control, fog light switch, hazard light, air horn, dump box control, cigarette lighter, hand brake, differential lock, axle lock, and engine check switch.
  • New upgrades include an electric cabin lift switch and a 5V–2.1A USB charging port.
  • Equipped with automatic air conditioning (Auto A/C).

Axles: Man-Technology

  • Rear axle: MCP16ZG, with 16-ton load capacity, allowing actual load capacity up to over 100 tons. Ideal for mountainous, rough terrains such as the Northwest region.

The MAN technology-based design offers 1.5 times greater gear durability compared to HC16/AC16 axles.

SUSPENSION SYSTEM

Reinforced side beams for enhanced strength:

-> These upgrades make the body more rigid and improve load-bearing performance.

Added one more bottom beam (from 4 to 5), improving overall structural integrity.

Upgraded side lamps from halogen to durable LED lights with longer lifespan and dual illumination angles (side and downward) for better visibility.

Improved side guards with protective covers for fuel tank, urea tank, and battery, inspired by the V7G/VX 8×4 dump truck design—first applied to a square-box dump truck by VIMID.

Enhanced paint quality: additional clear coat provides a glossier finish and 30% higher color durability compared to standard paint.
